Learn about what foods can make you lose weight. Eating more of the right foods will encourage weight loss or balance your weight. Also natural ways and foods that will improve your mood & health, increase energy levels, help your digestion, immunity, gain vitality, sleep better & more. A cooking demonstration and lunch from the foods cooked/prepared to amaze and delight you to get you inspired to live a healthier life. Gluten-free, sugar-free, dairy free - suitable for coeliacs, diabetics and lactose intolerant. Details from the workshop are e-mailed with recipes and health information. Suitable for people that have the time to cook and also for those who can't cook, won't cook.

A CAN'T COOK, WON'T COOK aspect to all the workshops.  When you haven’t got the time, energy or inclination to cook. You will be introduced to healthier foods that  that take around 5 - 10 mins or less to prepare.
