My philosphy is to treat you as individual, fitting in with your nutritional needs and requirements which will empower & inspire you to promote wellbeing. As well as helping you with dietary changes I also recommend healthy lifestyle changes and encourage you to use natural remedies and products to replace toxic chemically laden products, and any nutritional and health changes recommended would be practical and realistic for you and your lifestyle. I work in a non judgemental, empowering way with intuition and integrity to guide you towards a healthier & happier life.
Everyone is unique which is why I work in this way. It is about what you want to achieve at this moment. I do this by going through what is currently working and not working for you, if you have any challenges or health issues.
I look at what you currently eat and your lifestyle so I can recommend healthy alternatives to be practical and realistic for you.
Showing you how to make easy changes and coach you to better health. I make sessions as interactive as possible, and you will be able to try some of the healthier foods I suggest to get a taste experience and see if you like them before incorporating them.
You may want to incorporate wheat-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free alternatives if you have an allergy or intolerance or just want to feel more alive and energised.
Changing your nutrition habits doesn’t have to be boring and hard work. Many people are pleasantly surprised at how healthier alternatives I show them can be made tasty, delicious and easy to prepare. I believe you need to enjoy something otherwise you won’t want to incorporate it.
