What I can offer & why

Are you feeling like life seems more stressful than ever? Especially as there's been an increase in mobile phone usage, social media, emails etc? Being contactable 24/7 with more things to do than time to do them in, can be very overwhelming!


I offer a totally personalised non-judgemental, nuturing approach delivered with simplicity and lightness, to help physical, emotional and mental health awareness. Incorporating the topics below, although these can be adapted to suit your needs & requirements.


Rather than bombard people with lots of information and time consuming tips, I share simple, empowering, effortless and uplifting, quick techniques to help with health and self-care. Recommending just one thing to incorporate at a time until it becomes a habit.


One off sessions can be arranged, however, it is more beneficial to have regular weekly, fortnightly, monthly. bi-monthly or tri-monthly sessions to reinforce and incorporate a wellness routine.

With optional stress management, self-care, self-massage and nutrition advice to accompany which is non-judgemental or preachy and will help them to feel more peachy.
